Marty and I have shared coaching philosophies throughout our careers. His understanding of people and relationships stand out among his many qualities. He developed a recruiting and team plan which complimented student athletes’ strengths and goals. The result was a twenty year tenure in a high character, successful program.

His insight to recruiting will help all student athletes and their families. The experiences he shares and lessons he teaches will make a difference throughout the recruiting process. The knowledge learned by recruits and families will benefit their decision making greatly.
