The recruiting process is full of different steps. Each step is different yet all important. You want to do a thorough job researching colleges. This isn’t necessarily a glamorous task but sets you on a great path. Every time you meet or talk with a college coach you have the opportunity to make a positive impression, which can make a difference. When you are competing at a recruiting day your goal is to excel and shine. Performing well will help you move up a recruiting board, the other two will help you stay there. All the steps work together!
